My specialist teaching areas:
I have been playing guitar since 1997 and began teaching in 2004. Currently based in Bradford on Avon UK where I teach students from my home studio as well as worldwide on Skype. I co-founded ‘Nighttrain Guitar Classes’ in 2013 with Luke Mosse (Luke is an experienced teacher who specialises in 'E-Learning'). Writing course content and delivering highly interactive group sessions on improvisation and Electric Blues repertoire. As well as running the courses in Bristol UK we created extensive online content to support the learning experience for the students. Some students have gone through the course process with me on Skype using the website as the main resource and have found it very effective. www.nighttrainguitar.co.uk I have contributed articles to 'Songwriting Magazine' about the technical aspects of songwriting. I also have run workshops about songwriting and composition skills. www.songwritingmagazine.co.uk Between 2010 and 2016 I was an in-house teacher with the ‘Drumbank Music school’ in Bristol.
